Graziella Rais continued the family legacy, enhancing machinery to produce pasta with the quality of handmade methods while ensuring industrial standards. Under her leadership, the company expanded its range to include whole-wheat versions of traditional Sardinian pasta and popular Italian shapes, meeting the growing demand from health-conscious consumers.
